After nearly 20 years together, the pair is walking away with a settlement that defines the meaning of “amicable.”

Despite having two massive empires and no prenuptial agreement, there’s no messy courtroom drama here. While the couple agreed to no spousal support, court documents reveal a unique financial arrangement. Jessica has agreed to pay Cash a $3 million equalization payment to balance their shared assets.

This will be paid in two installments of $1.5 million. As for their real estate, reports indicate Cash will keep their $10 million Beverly Hills mansion. Jessica is also officially dropping “Warren” and restoring her legal maiden name.

Their primary focus remains their three children—Honor, Haven, and Hayes. They have agreed to joint legal and physical custody, maintaining a united front as they transition to co-parenting.

Remember, these two aren’t just stars; they’re moguls. Jessica still holds a 6% stake in The Honest Company, currently valued at approximately $238 million, while Cash continues to see massive success with his apparel brand, Pair of Thieves, valued at $100 million.

Both have already begun their next chapters. Jessica, 44, has been heating things up with 33-year-old Top Gun: Maverick actor Danny Ramirez. They were recently spotted on a romantic New Year’s getaway in Cabo.

Meanwhile, Cash has been linked to 25-year-old model Hana Doyer. Insiders say the exes are genuinely happy for each other, with zero negativity or bad blood. It’s a rare, mature Hollywood ending.

Two decades, three kids, and two empires later, Jessica and Cash are moving forward with respect and love. What do you think about this “perfect” celebrity split? Let us know in the comments below!
